Pricing questions
What counts as a batch?
A batch is the set of photos you load at once into a tool: a contact sheet, a client gallery, a conversion or a resize. On the free plan each batch is capped at 30 photos, and you can run as many batches as you like, every day. On Pro, batches are unlimited: the 500 photos of a wedding go through in one pass. One exception: AI alt text is limited to 10 images per day on the free plan, because every analyzed image has a real AI cost.
What happens if my batch has more than 30 photos?
The action button is locked and a banner offers to go Pro or to trim the batch to 30 photos. Nothing is lost: your files stay on your computer.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes. You cancel in one click from the Stripe customer portal, linked in the page footer once you are Pro. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. No commitment, no hidden fees, no penalty.
Is Lifetime really for life?
Yes. One payment of €49 excl. VAT gives permanent access to every Pro feature, including tools added after your purchase. The offer is limited to the first 50 photographers.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Stripe calculates tax at checkout from your billing country: no VAT for businesses outside the EU, reverse charge for EU businesses with a valid VAT ID, local VAT otherwise. Checkout also shows the amount in your local currency.
Why does checkout ask for a company name and a SIREN number?
Photo Toolbox is a business service invoiced by a French company, so checkout asks for your company or studio name (your own name works too). The SIREN number field only applies to French companies: leave it empty.
Are my photos really private?
8 of the 9 tools process your photos without any server upload: everything runs in your browser. Only AI alt text goes through a secure server proxy to call Google's Gemini API: Photo Toolbox keeps no image, and Google does not use them to train its models.
Can I use Photo Toolbox for commercial work?
Yes. Photo Toolbox is built for professional photographers. You can use everything it produces (contact sheets, galleries, sliders, converted images, alt text) for client projects, portfolios and commercial publications without restriction.
